11/22/2023 0 Comments Alternative to text expander![]() I have hundreds of TextExpander shortcuts not just for grading, but for just those random phrases we have to type over and over and over in emails, instructions, announcements, etc. You can create a library of comments with shortcuts so instead of even having to CTRL C CTRL V it, you can just type something like comment1 and poof, it’s there. For example, I’ve created a prompt to “stamp all code snippets you produce with a unique identifier,” which has made it much easier to ask GPT3 to go back and retrieve the code I’m referencing. These prompts are shortcuts that I’ve created to quickly add little instructions I feel I have to repeat often. To help me save time and avoid distractions, I’ve been using prompts through the TextExpander app. Filter by these if you want a narrower list of alternatives or looking for a specific functionality of Wordboard.
